Something went wrong in transit and when the invisible shield arrived, the spray had leaked and was all gone. i contacted them and they immediately sent me a new one at no extra charge. displayed service and operational excellence..

I have several ZAGG Invisible Shield products for various devices. In the past the installation kits had a mist spray bottle. The fine mist could be used to get an even coating of the product for installation. Now kits come with sponges that do not allow a thin even coating of the product for installation. The cut of the product varies from poor to worse than poor. The worst fit was with ZAGG’s Invisible Shield for the Nikon D300. Neither of the two pieces was cut to the curve of the LCD screens. The product hung off the edges of the top screen and looked terrible. I attempted to trim the edges with a very sharp pen knife. The product stretched and tore. I was able to cut the larger back screen to fit using scissors while the product was still on its backing. Customer service was even worse than the product design. The responses from ZAGG customer service showed less intelligence with each successive correspondence. I did get a few chuckles while reading an E-mail asking for information that was in a previous sentence they wrote. All in all, the experience was much more frustrating than humorous. After over half of a dozen tries with ZAGG products, I am giving up. I will not purchase any additional products from ZAGG.

I bought this with high expectations from over ZAGG products I have installed, but I don’t know what happened. The front kind of fits, but there seems to be a micro inch of over hang on all sides and the back is TOO SMALL!!! When you line up the on/off switch cut out and headphone jack cutout, it does not extend all the way to the bottom and then the corners overlap and crease on top of each other. Even on the front, the cutout for the center circle of the navigation wheel was cut horribly and is ‘choppy’ all around the edge along with being noticeably smaller than the circle it is intended for. Now there is junk all over the back of the iPod. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT if you have a 80GB Video iPod Classic. It is not the correct product. For some reason ZAGG lists this product separately and not as the classic as Apple does. [...]. [...]. Then again, it is the consumer’s responsibility to know this, woe on me. lol.
This is a great protective covering for iPods! You get all of the protection of a hard case with none of the bulk. I’m very pleased with this product and have been recommending it to my friends and family.
