   Not only does this charger not work with my Otterbox Defender case for my iPhone 3GS but it also doesn’t work as an FM transmitter.

   I got this item to use with my iPhone. Just tried it for the first time, plugged it in and just from the weight of the empty cradle would slump over and power off. Will not hold anything in the cradle! Will not work if you use an otterbox defender case, but I swapped out cases and tried and the cradle just does not work. Sounds bad(and yes I have used fm transmitters before, this one just sucks)! Don’t waste your money! I am returning this, if I had paid a dollar for this, I still would send it back!!

   First of all, there is no on-off switch. So, once you put it in, the only way to listen to your radio is to unplug the device.

   Additionally the product broke after 1 month of use and there is no warranty.

   Look elsewhere. This product sucks.

   I’ve tried a few different kinds of transmitters, and out of all of them this one is, by far, the best. Not only that, but the cheapest too! Another thing I wanted to point out was how one buyer said this transmitter doesn’t adjust to the Nano securely enough. I disagree, because it holds my Nano just fine(with out a case even). I also have a Touch and the Classic and it holds and plays perfectly with each. And don’t worry, the aux cord provided fits.

   My wife uses it in her jaguar. It looks and works well. No cords loose and hanging all over the place. she was very excited about it! It made me a hero ; )
