Ipod is fine unless you a) buy a new computer, b) have multiple computers or c) anything ever goes wrong. At which time, it becomes a $250 paperweight. These devices used to be quality and backed by excellent technical support. That is no longer the case. I don’t do anything fancy but play my beatles albums and this device cannot even do that effectively. I’m deauthorized every three seconds and have to delete everything and start over. Hopefully someone at the good will can figure out how to make this Ipod, my shuffle, and my Iphone work. It’ll be Blackberry and Zune for me from now on, I’m over it.

There ya go apple, you’ve turned off yet another high-earning mid-twenties professional with too much disposable income. Good job.

I bought this item as a gift for christmas and the person loved it. Great product at great price. Buy apple accessories online its a lot cheaper than their store price.

Bottom line - it only lasted a week, but while it worked I loved it. Amazon replace it and the new one that does work well. Good quality for music, pictures and video. Use of ease is also a plus. So the one star is the fact that it was not built well for the price paid.

Another small issue was you guys have a tendency of packaging item at the bottom of the sale, "People who purchased this also bought this" So I did as well and one of those items was the case for the Nano 4th Generation. Well it didn't fit, as all those who ordered it will tell you. Any way I gave up trying to get one that does fit. E-mailed you and the seller and the best I got was, "We have it now", but the shipping is more then the cost of the case. As a result of the two issues, that should have been on you.

I do look at you guys a little differently because of the two bad experiences with this one purchase.

The color is white so even the florescent light can help find this piece of equipment in the dark.

The only pain that will occur is that if there is a power cut or if the owner is traveling to a country which does not use the same plug as the adapter. This may allow you to miss your music for awhile.

For the price it is hard to beat.

The case: slips on well but can come off easily as well. IT works for what I need it for but an inseppo case is a much more secure.

Wall charger: cheep construction but works without any issues.

Car charger: works with no issues

Cable:very handy design, will wear out after a few hundred retracts.

Screen protector: this item has some flaws. First there is not instructions which makes it hard to apply if you have not done one before (I have done 4). second it has a sticker on its edge (lower right side) to facilitate installation but when you try to remove it, it just rips. That meant I had to use my nails to scrape the rest of it off. Also, once that is done there still is a residue left on the screen protector. I can not get the residue off with IPA, it just smears. Mine also did not apply cleanly (left lots of bubbles) because of these issues I contacted the seller for a replacement screen protector.

The seller responded quickly and very professionally sent a replacement one without any hassle. My replacement applied without any bubbles (I cleaned the screen very well and only touched the protector by its edges). The sticker still left a residue but it will wear off in a week or so.

Overall I would but this again even just for the chargers and cable. Rating: 4 / 5

I bought this product over two weeks ago, via usps and usps is the worst carrier ever. I am still waiting for my ipod to be delivered to my home. When they said 3 to 5 days shipping i thought they ment 3 to 5 day shipping not 3 to 5 weeks shipping. I dont know why but amazon doesn’t let you choose the carrier that you want which would actually be very helpful because usps is nothing but a joke. Amazon gives you a tracking number and when you go into the usps website and enter it; it is never updated and most of the time it says that there is no record of this item. And i dont know why but, im a moron who keeps on going back to the usps website and hoping that just maybe they can tell me where my package is. But what gets me even more upset is that amazon just keeps on telling me that package has left seller facilities which is in kentucky, and i live just two states over from kentucky, i could have driven there and picked it up myself. I realy hope that usps gets their act together because i realy never want anything delivered from them again.

This article is so good, protect your IPOD, Screen and Click-Wheel too.

Easy to use, easy to get out IPOD from it, and come back into, really nice texture and grip.

Screen Protector and Click-Wheel are so nice, only take your time to clean out carefully (with the cloth included ) before stick it a place it on the ipod.
